Precision South Pasadena Insulation provides residential and commercial insulation services in South Pasadena, CA and surrounding areas, including but not limited to: spray foam insulation, attic insulation, blown-in insulation, crawl space insulation, wall insulation, air sealing, vapor barrier installation, insulation removal, and related services.
All services are subject to the availability of our crews, weather conditions, permit requirements, and the condition of the property at the time of service. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue a project if site conditions present safety concerns or if the scope of work changes materially from what was originally estimated.
We provide free written estimates following an on-site assessment. An estimate is not a final contract and is subject to change if the scope of work or site conditions differ materially from what was observed during the initial visit. We will notify you of any changes before additional work is performed.
All estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise noted in writing. We are not responsible for price changes that occur after an estimate expires.
Verbal price quotes are not binding. Only written estimates and signed contracts constitute a commitment to perform work at a stated price.
Once a project is scheduled, we ask that you provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or repeated rescheduling may result in a rescheduling fee or loss of your scheduling priority, which we will communicate to you in advance.
We make every reasonable effort to complete work on the scheduled date. We are not liable for delays caused by weather, material availability, permit processing times, or other circumstances beyond our control. If a delay occurs, we will contact you as soon as possible to reschedule.
You are responsible for ensuring that the work area is accessible on the scheduled date, including clearing attic hatches, providing access to crawl spaces, and removing obstructions that would prevent our crew from performing the work safely.
Payment terms will be outlined in your written estimate or service agreement. In general, we may require a deposit prior to scheduling for larger projects. The remaining balance is due upon satisfactory completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Accepted payment methods will be communicated to you at the time of estimate. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue balances at the maximum rate permitted by California law and to pursue collection through all available legal means.
If a dispute arises regarding an invoice, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will work with you in good faith to resolve billing concerns before any collection action is taken.
We stand behind the quality of our work. If a defect in our installation is identified within a reasonable period after project completion, we will return to assess the issue and correct it at no additional charge, provided the defect is the result of our workmanship rather than conditions outside our control (such as water intrusion, structural movement, pest damage, or modifications made by others).
Manufacturer warranties on materials we install are passed through to you where available. The terms of those warranties are set by the manufacturer and are separate from our workmanship commitment.
Warranty claims must be submitted to us in writing at quotes@southpasadenainsulation.com or by phone at (626) 517-0046. We do not honor claims submitted through third-party platforms.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Precision South Pasadena Insulation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of our Site, our services, or any materials we install, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions at the property, including mold, water damage, structural defects, or the presence of hazardous materials, unless we are specifically engaged and paid to address those conditions.
